Seth A. Ravitz Associates, Inc. (SAR+) is a real estate consulting and project management firm founded in 1998. Drawing on over 40 years of combined experience acquired in an Owner/Developer/Manager environment, the Associates at SAR+ possess a thorough knowledge of the real estate development and construction process from due diligence through construction completion, project commissioning and closeout. Experience with the strategic long-term management of an asset further enhances our ability to understand our client’s point of view and respond to their needs.
SAR+ utilizes a team approach aimed toward maximizing the value of consulting, design, engineering, and technical resources contracted for by the Owner.
