SAR+ works with a small, select group of clients, fully dedicating our time and resources through project completion. Since 1998, SAR+ has provided a variety of real estate consulting services and Owner’s Representative project management services for both for-profit and non-profit clients. To date, SAR+ has overseen over $150 million dollars of actual construction put in place on its project management work and has monitored $200 million dollars of construction activity for lending and financial institutions. Our projects have been diverse, ranging from the development of a $12 million urban “main street” retail shopping center in Roxbury, MA; to the multi-phased renovation and rehabilitation of a 132 unit affordable housing development in New Bedford, MA; to the fast track management of a $15 million state-of-the art telecommunications collocation facility in New York City’s Wall Street district.
